1,Introduction

It is designed for charging the startup/ operating storage battery of diesel engine with the performance of the constant voltage, the constant current, the trickling current, automatic stop after full charge and the short-circuit protection. It is special suitable for charging the completely sealing solid wide –temperature storage battery.

2,Scope

2.1 The charger can be used on a variety of brands, models, power, and diesel engines as a ancillary device.

2.2 Working voltage is AC 160-250V and operating frequency is 20-100Hz,it can guanantee be charged when the motor works in low speed(idle speed).

2.3 The users can directly use electrical engry of diesel motor set to charge instead of body charging set .

2.4 It has wider environmental working temperature –40oC~+50oC. It can be used in the moist environment of 98%RH no condensation.

2.5 When charging the battery with commerical power,it is allowed to start the start motor at the same time.

2.6 It is suitable for lead-acid battery,especially suitable for whole sealing wide temperature battery.

2.7 This series of products including 12V,24V,10 A ,5 A and other types, please select and install as your need(the packing of the products has the marks).

3,Main features:

(1) Constant current

The charging current will be the max constant current when secondary cell voltage is lower than set value(12V battery unit is lower than 12V,24V battery unit is lower than 24V).The 2061 type is 10 A, the 2065 type is 5A.

(2) Current limiting

The charging current will be limited automatically when the secondary cell voltage has been close to charge enough (12V battery unit is greater than or equal to 12V, 24V battery unit is greater than or equal to 24V).

(3) Trickle floating charge

When the voltage of battery arrived at the floating charge setting value (12V battery unit is about 13.8, 24V battery unit is about 27.6V), it will turn to floating condition automatically, about 0.1~0.2A.

(4) Stop charge

When the voltage of battery arrived at plentiful setting value (12V battery unit  is equal to 14V, 24V battery unit is equal to 28V), it will complete turn-off the charged output.

(5) Excess current/short-circuit protection

The charging set has the perfect excess current and short-circuit protections. When the battery capacity is large, the load is short circuit or when the charger is connected with commercial power to charge while start the start motor at the same time(the start current is very big,it is almost short circuit to the charger),it  won’t be damaged. So when the secondary cell is used for starting power supply, the charger needn’t cut-off.
